To solve the problems that in modern society, high-rise buildings are increasing, and in an emergent situation when a fire or an earthquake breaks out, people on upper floors may be at hazard and sacrificed, and therefore to advance studies as a task whether a user can slowly fall down from a roof of a building in such a way that he has a handle of an umbrella like Mary Poppins in old foreign movie musical.
The user wears a tough cylindrical case on his back so that the umbrella is not upside down by air pressure during a fall. A periphery of the umbrella cloth is joined with the cylindrical case by a rope. A stretchable rubber cylinder style is employed for the inside of the case so that the umbrella can instantaneously open and easily housed therein. Air passages are radially installed from the center of the circular rubber cloth so that the rubber cloth can quickly open. Eight semihard tubes are equally installed on an upper part of the rubber cylinder so as to play roles of ribs of the umbrella. Consequently the cylindrical back-pack simple parachute as necessaries in disaster for falling down from a high altitude which can instantaneously open and close, can be provided.
