PURPOSE: To secure such a paraglider that is flyable after floating from the ground by composing a frame on a parachute-form sheet, stretching a safety rope across a body part and using it as a seat, then installing an engine set with a propeller, being suspended by a hanging net and free of rotation in both directions, in the upper part.

CONSTITUTION: A nearly rectangular base frame 1 consisting of a pipe member is installed in the longitudinal direction, while a support rod 2 is stretched from longitudinal four angular points to both left-right directions, and a safety net 3, provided with a pilot running rift in the front block direction, is installed in the base frame 1. A fixture 6 for a hanging net 5 of a paraglider sheet PS is attached to the support rod, and a driving engine with a propeller 7 and a net cover 9 are installed in the upper part of the base frame 1. Then, in order to support a support block 11 supporting a mount 10 for these elements, symmetrical support legs 12 provided with a spring-cum-adjuster in the intermediate part is stretched from front symmetrical angular points of the base frame 1 to a front part of the support block 11.
