Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallax image-inputting device and an image pickup device for improving the resolution of a depth position in the outside world.
SOLUTION: A parallax image-inputting device 12 for acquiring the image of the outside world from a plurality of viewpoints is provided with an image formation part 14 for parallax that forms the image of the outside world from a plurality of viewpoints and an image pickup part 16 for parallax that acquires an image being formed by the image formation part 14 for parallax, where the image formation part 14 for parallax is provided with an optical system for parallax that forms an image from the viewpoint by increasing an image formation magnification for the direction of parallax for connecting the plurality of viewpoints higher than that for a direction being vertical to the direction of parallax.
