The parasol is used for the sun-shading in outdoor leisure, etc. The parasol has a structure with a surrounding sheet hanging from every tip of the parasol. The parasol may also adopt such a structure that prescribed positions in the upper end side of the surrounding sheet and the tips of the parasol can be attached/detached with fasteners.
