Abstract:
To provide a parking facility and an energy storage system, in which a storage battery is installed and crime prevention countermeasures for a vehicle are taken.
A depressing plate 38 rotatable by about ±90° is attached on an opening 22A of a garage 16 having a storage battery 28, and the depressing plate 38 is made to rise, thereby closing the opening 22A of the garage 16. In other words, when a car enters the garage 16 and the car exits from the garage 16, the depressing plate 38 falls down, and otherwise, the depressing plate 38 is upright. Thus, the movement of the car is blocked to improve crime prevention countermeasures against car theft in the garage 16.
