In the case that the delay time of a certain flight is equal to or greater than a threshold, the detection control part of the spot adjustment system discriminates whether a delay connection is generated for the connection flight of the delayed flight. Then, in the case that the delay connection is generated, a spot overlap detection processing for discriminating whether the time when the connection flight uses the spot of an arriving airport overlaps with the use scheduled time of the other flight using the spot and a curfew time-out detection processing for discriminating whether the arrival time at the arriving airport of the connection flight and the departure time of the next connection flight of the connection flight exceeds the curfew end time are performed. Then, the fact that the using time of the spot overlaps is reported to a pertinent airport in the case of detecting spot overlap, and the fact that the arrival time or the departure times is out of the curfew time is reported to the pertinent arriving airport in the case of detecting curfew time-out.
