PURPOSE: To enable a customer to confirm the latest parking service information at a glance by using a parking card having rewritable parts where information can be recorded and erased repeatedly by heating and cooling and a storage part where information regarding parking is recorded.

CONSTITUTION: The parking card 1 is provided with the rewritable part 2 where parking time is written, the rewritable part 3 where other messages are written, and the magnetic data part 4 where necessary data are recorded. A control part 9 calculates free exiting time from entry time and a free parking time stored in a memory. A magnetic head 1 writes the total sales amount of money and free exiting time in the magnetic data part 4 of the parking card 1 and a thermal head 10 writes the free exiting time in the rewritable part 2 of the parking card 1. The customer when receiving the parking card 1 on which the data are newly written can confirm the free exiting time only by taking a look at the entries of the rewritable part 2.
