PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a region of interest cannot be appropriately set within a captured image depending on a vehicle moving direction according to a driver's operation.SOLUTION: A parking support device includes: a setting section for setting a region of interest for a search of a compartment line partitioning a parking area within a captured image obtained by imaging the circumference of a moving vehicle; and a detection section for performing a search within the region of interest so as to detect the compartment line. The setting section sets a position of the region of interest for a search of another compartment line on the basis of the detected compartment line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
