PURPOSE: To prevent any contact accident due to the overshifting of cars by detecting a car stop position and its height with a sensor, and making a delivery port of a parking ticket issuer shiftable up to a proper position.

CONSTITUTION: When the passage of a car is detected by a incoming car sensor, a data processing part 3 outputs a gate closing signal, closing a gate, and simultaneously it outputs a ticketing signal to a sensor control part 2, starting a ticketing process at a ticket issuing part 5. At a point of time when the ticketing process was over, the sensor control part 2 processes four height sensors 1a to 1d and a range sensor 1e, measuring car height and distance of up to a car, and these data are outputted to the data processing part 3. In addition, in an arm processing part 4, when a parking ticket is detected by a parking ticket sensor, the data processing part 3 determines an arm position based on an arm delivery port position setting table so far preset, whereby this arm processing part outputs arm position information and an arm movement starting signal. When the arm movement is stopped at the specified position and a driver receives a parking ticket, a completion signal is outputted to the data processing part 3.
