A parking ticket management information totalization means 7 totalizes the number of cases and the amount of sales for every date and store based on the read parking ticket management information. Based on these totalization results, the monthly/annual totalization are carried out. A data base parking ticket management information input/ output device for data base 9 registers those totalization results into a parking ticket management data base as the parking ticket management information.
