Title:
PART ALIGNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10181847
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To align shaft parts such as hexagon socket-head screws and pick up them one by one.

A rotor 220 projectingly provided at its periphery with projection members at predetermined pitches is intermittently rotated by one pitch. Shaft parts S with hexagon sockets (h) at their forward end faces unaligned in their directions are fed to the end of a shoot part 103, where they abut on the projection members on the periphery of the rotor 220 in suspension one by one. The shaft parts S are brought into engagement with the projection members one by one and then are taken out of the shoot part 103 owing to the rotation of the rotor 220 to be finally sucked into an air nozzle 230.
