These park facilities are provided with a park 100 adjacent to a residential section 200 provided with a lake where recycled water is circulated, firefly breeding facilities 13 attached to the park 100 for breeding fireflies, waste disposal facilities 400 for burning waste from the residential section 200 and supplying the waste heat and/or power to the park and breeding facilities, an environment measurement means 201 installed in the residential section 200, a display and output device (projection means 16, video information recording medium and selection means) equipped inside the park 100 for displaying environment information and a control center 202 for integrating data obtained by the environment measurement means 201 and indicating an output information pattern to the display and output device based on them.
