Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeding device capable of efficiently discharging chip parts by aligning them in one row by reducing damage given to the chip parts.
SOLUTION: A bulk case BC is installed on an upper part of an outside storage chamber 2 to which a large number of chip parts C can be input, and the parts C are fed to an inside chamber 22 of a part storage chamber 21 from the outside storage chamber 2 through a supply passage 8. The parts C in the inside chamber 22 enter an outside chamber 23 by specified quantity each through a communicating passage 25 in accordance with rotation of a rotating drum 20, drop in an alignement groove 30 by a click part 26 of the rotating drum 20 and are aligned. As only small quantity of the parts C can be put in the outside chamber 23, alignment efficiency is favourable and damage to the parts C is reduced. The parts C slid downward in the alignment groove 30 are discharged in a state where they are aligned in one row to a discharge passage 33 through a gate 32.
