CONSTITUTION: At the end on the front surface side of skin 12, which is provided on the outer peripheral surface of a tubular part 10, of the tubular part 10, a flange 20 is peripherally provided so as to pinch the skin 12 together with a mold 26, which locates on the rear surface side of the skin 12 at the foam molding of rigid foaming base material 18. The flange 20 is held through the skin 12 by the rigid foaming base material 18.
