Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intermittently and accurately convey a beltlike material only through regulation of the stroke of a slider by a stopper by providing a slider driven for linear reciprocation in the transfer direction of a beltlike material and a press means to intermittently press a beltlike member against the slider.
SOLUTION: When a hoop material 1 is pressed over a slider 11 through the working of a leaf spring 39, a washer 5 sucked to a suction head 67a is outputted to above through a part output port 19. Since, when a sensor 29 is brought into an OFF-state, a solenoid valve is switched gain, the slider 11 is reciprocated in the direction of an arrow mark (a). In which case, the hoop material 1 pressed against the slider 11 through the working of the leaf spring 39 is intermittently transferred in the direction of the arrow mark (a) by a constant transfer pitch P integrally with the slider 11. Further, in this case, a roller 12 is relatively rolled in the direction of an arrow mark (b) over the leaf spring 39 with the roller pressing over the leaf spring 39.
