Title:
COMPONENT STATE DETECTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017173066
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component state detection device that can measure even data on a sensor unit installed at a site where communication with an information terminal is disabled, makes an attachment position of the sensor unit stable, suppresses deviations of measurement data due to an attachment error, and can conduct a measurement preparation in a short time.SOLUTION: A component state detection device comprises: a stator 2 that is fixed to a component 1; a sensor unit 3 that is attachable/detachable with respect to the stator 2; an information terminal 5; and a data server 6. The sensor unit 3 has a sensor and pair information terminal communication means that measure an amount of state of the component 1. The information terminal 5 is configured to receive the amount of state measured and transmitted by the sensor unit 3 to transfer the received amount of state to the data server 6. The data server 6 is configured to store the received amount of state as a database, and determine a state about abnormality or residual product life of the component 1. Each sensor unit 3 has inter-unit communication means 309 that enables inter-communication of the amount of state with a plurality of sensor units 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
