PURPOSE: To aim at smoothly taking out annular parts which are guided and held at the inner peripheral side of the inner guide member, by providing such an arrangement that the top end of the inner guide member is held, and a receiving part for receiving the lowermost one of the overlapped parts is formed in the lower section of an outer guide member which are arranged opposing the outer periphery of the lower free end of the inner guide member.

CONSTITUTION: When an inner holding member 10 is in a set condition and a transfer plate 19 is in a position indicated by the solid line, annular parts P in the member 10 which is aligned with a position A successively drop into a guide hole 17 due to their weights and a weight 15 with the lowermost part P is alone set to be stored in a receiving part 18. Meanwhile the other part P which has been received during the preceding cycle and which has been judged on whether it faces forward or backward is stored in a second receiving part 12 at a position B. When an air cylinder 24 is operated to move a transfer plate 19 to a position indicated by a chain line, the receiving part 18 shifts into the position B with one part P being carried by the part 18 while the receiving part 12 is shifted into a position C with the other part P being carried by the part 12. When movable receiving seats 30, 31 are moved up to the position indicated by the chain line, the receiving seat 30 forces the part P to project out the receiving part 18 up to the position B' while the receiving seat 31 forces the part P to project up to a position C'. If the parts face forward, a robot smoothly transfer the part in the direction D.
