Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact partial discharge measuring device and to make it possible to facilitate reducing the influence of noise.SOLUTION: In a partial discharge measuring device, a blocking coil 125 provided between a power supply circuit that may apply a highest voltage not lower than 10kV and not higher than 11kV and a sample, and a coupling capacitor 126 provided between the sample and the measuring tool are attached to a common insulation frame 310 formed of an insulating material, and the insulation frame 310 is disposed in a casing 120 formed of a conductive material.
