To provide particles which can impart slidability and are excellent in long-term lasting property of the slidability, and application of the same.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: Particles are composed of an outer shell composed of a polymer of a polymerizable component including a monomer (A) and a monomer (B), and an inclusion included in the outer shell, in which the monomer (A) is a monomer having one polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond, the monomer (B) is a monomer having at least two polymerizable carbon-carbon double bonds, and the inclusion includes a lubricant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
