Abstract:
To provide a capturing method of fine particles by a nanofiber filter and a device for the same.SOLUTION: In a capturing method of fine particles contaminated in phosphoric acid waste liquid by a nano-filter and a device for the same,: any of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide and dimethylsulfoxide is selected as a solvent to polyvinylidene fluoride in the nano-filter; carbon black fine particles having a diameter of 0.20 mm or less are contaminated in the selected solvent and then a nanofiber spinning solution is made; the solution is spun and then nanofiber cotton is produced; the produced nanofiber cotton is immersed in methanol or isopropyl alcohol and the nano-filter is formed; at least a plurality of stages of the formed nano-filters is serially arranged at intervals; and the phosphoric acid waste liquid is charged into each nano-filter, the fine particles are captured by the nano-filter and then the phosphoric acid waste liquid is filtrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
