Abstract:
To provide a container including a particle separation device that reduces a cyclone load rate in a separation container and prolongs the life of a cyclone.SOLUTION: A container 2000 includes a fluidized bed 2300, one or more cyclones 2100, and a particle separation device 2200 including a circular baffle plate. The circular baffle plate includes one or more guide baffles and one or more separation baffles. The one or more guide baffles and the one or more separation baffles define one or more air passages and one or more solid passages. The particle separation device is disposed in the container at a height above the fluidized bed and below a portion of the one or more cyclones. The one or more cyclones include one or more dip legs 2114, 2124, and the one or more dip legs extend through the particle separation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
