Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle measurement device which can measure particles without problems even if sample air and sheath air are reliably separated so as to be coupled in multiple stages, and which can perform multiple analysis at a single particle level.SOLUTION: In a particle measurement device, a sample air separation/recovery nozzle 15 equalizes a flow rate of sucking sample air 21 into a central opening part of a separation/recovery inner nozzle 15a with a flow rate of sucking sheath air 22 into an annular opening part between the separation/recovery inner nozzle 15a and a separation/recovery outer nozzle 15b, so as to achieve stable flow of the sample air 21 and the sheath air 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
