Abstract:
To realize the structure of a reliable and compact (carbon black) particle sensor and bring advantages in terms of cost when realizing the structure.SOLUTION: A particle sensor 100 includes: a particle charger 110 for charging particles in a flowing fluid; and a sensor electrode 120 for detecting information on the charged particles in the flowing fluid. The particle sensor has a supporter element 130 for containing at least one component of the particle charger and/or the sensor electrode.
