Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can precisely separate and detect particles (specifically, particles with a diameter from 0.1 to several μm) corresponding to a subvisible aggregate included in fluid.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a separation method and a device using the method. The separation method generates a reciprocating flow in fluid including particles introduced into a capillary tube and separates by an array of the particles due to the flow and flow velocity distribution of liquid in the capillary tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
