Title:
PARTICULATE MATTER FEEDER AND BOILER SYSTEM USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016166081
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly discharge particulate matters by vibration of blades and application of impact and enable the blades to unfailingly deflect to prevent a situation that a function achieved by elastic force of the blades is impaired even when a load of the particulate matters increases.SOLUTION: A particulate matter feeder includes: a storage container 10 storing particulate matters W and including a discharge port 15, from which the particulate matters W are discharged, on a bottom wall 11; and a rotary mobile body 20 which moves the particulate matters W to the discharge port 15. The rotary mobile body 20 is formed including: a rotary board 22; and blades 30 respectively having base end parts 31 supported on the rotary board 22. At least a side of each blade 30, which is located closer to a tip than the base end part 31, is formed by a leaf spring. A flange 39 for covering a base end side portion 38, which is located at the outer side of a base end of each blade 30 while spaced a predetermined distance away from the base end, from above is provided at an outer periphery of the rotary board 22. A space e is formed below the flange 39.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
