A laminated material alternately lapping platelike filters A1 and A2 made of a heat resistant metal made three diemensional network porous body having continuous circular openings or the porous body to whose pores ceramic or metal is packed to decrease a substantial pore size and corrugated plates B1 and B2 made of a heat resistant metal is rolled, moreover, a space between the platelike filters A1 and A2 interposing the corrugated plate B1 is stopped with a stopping part 2 at one end side of a columnar body made by this way and the space between the platelike filters A2 and A1 interposing the corrugated plate B2 is stopped at the other end side respectively to make a filter element, and a diesel exhaust gas is filtered with this element.
