In this method, low temperature liquid material 5 is blown out against a subject 2 at high pressure out of a blowing means 3 by making use of the blowing means 3 blowing out low temperature material 5 at high pressure, so that the object 2 is divided into sections. As the low temperature material, liquid air or cooled pure-water lower than 0°C can be employed. And as the object 2, glassy material, rubber material, resinous material and the like can be employed.
