A coping 20 is fixed at the upper section of a stanchion 10 erected on a floor F. The upper section of a partition panel 30 suspended from the lower section of the coping 20 is inserted between the fitting pieces 21, 21 of the coping 20, and it is fixed with bolts 40 and long nuts 50. An interval H is formed between the lower section of the partition panel 30 and the floor F. Obstacles are eliminated and work can be facilitated at the time of cleaning and facility piping.
