Abstract:
To automatically exchange a component discard box for discarding a component which is judged non-mountable by a component mounting machine.SOLUTION: A component discard box 81 is configured to be set to a feeder set part 24 of a component mounting machine 12 in parallel with a feeder 14 in an exchangeable manner. An automatic component discard box exchange system comprises a stock part 71 in which multiple feeders 14 and component discard boxes 81 to be set to the feeder set part 24 are accommodated, and an automatic exchange device 26. The automatic exchange device 26 performs automatic exchange in which a feeder 14 subjected to exchange and/or a component discard box 81 subjected to exchange is extracted from the feeder set part 24 and collected into the stock part 71 and the designated feeder 14 and/or component discard box 81 is extracted from the stock part 71 and set to the feeder set part 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
