Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeder solving a work-piece damage problem which may happen to a conventional part feeder which has work-pieces that are dropped from above an upper opening of a rotary bowl onto a work-piece receive plate, moved to an outer peripheral edge part, with the work-pieces scratching a surface of the work-piece receive plate, and in which the work-pieces are subject to damage when dropped and/or moved to the outer peripheral edge part.SOLUTION: A part feeder 1 of the invention, comprises: a rotary tub member 2 in a cylindrical shape having a bottom; a porous disk member 3 covering an upper opening of the rotary tub member 2, and having a plurality of holes 3b penetrating between a front surface and a back surface; a transfer part 3a for the work-pieces provided in the outer peripheral edge part of the porous disk member 3; a guide member 4 having a work-piece-exit opening 4b formed in a part of a peripheral wall 4a arranged higher than a surface of the transfer part 3a as well as contacting with an outer peripheral side surface of the transfer part 3a; an air supplying rotary shaft 5 for ejecting air into the rotary tub member 2 from an air ejection hole 5b formed in a side peripheral surface of the rotary tub member through a center part of the rotary tub member 2, as well as for rotating the rotary tub member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
