Abstract:
To provide a robot-vision type part supply device having a picking conveyor of a simple structure capable of easily preventing positional deviation of parts on a conveying surface.SOLUTION: A part supply device includes a belt conveyor type picking conveyor 12 by which a parts mixture B in which parts B1 and B2 exist together is carried onto its conveying surface 12a. The part supply device includes an imaging device 14 for acquiring image data of the parts mixture B on the conveying surface 12a. The part supply device includes a robot hand device 16 which recognizes individual parts B1 and B2 existing on the conveying surface 12a based on the image data acquired by the imaging device 14, picks them individually, and transfers them to a predetermined supply location. An air suction layer 46 which is made of a material having a specified flexibility or higher and has a large number of minute recesses 46a on its surface is disposed on the outermost surface of the conveying surface 12a. The parts B1 and B2 on the conveying surface 12a are carried with their undersurfaces sucked by the minute recesses 46a of the air suction layer 46 in the manner of suction cup, and are positioned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
