PURPOSE: To provide a parts feeding device which is improved such that parts conveyed by a linear advancing feeder are stably fed to a parts mounting position.
CONSTITUTION: Parts 3 conveyed from a linear advancing feeder 4 are fed to the parts holding hole 5 of a feed plate 2 through a temporary receiving hole 6 arranged to a guide plate 7. The opening diameter on the linear advancing feeder 4 inside of the temporary receiving hole 6 is increased to a value higher than that of the feed plate 2 side. Even when core oscillation of the parts 3 owing to conveyance and an error in coincidence of an insertion axis with the parts holding hole 5 occurs, induction from a large opening diameter to a parts holding hole 5 having a small inside diameter is effected. Thereby, since the parts holding hole 5 is formed in the minimum diameter enough to allow holding of the parts 3, no trouble, such as holding of the parts 3 in inclined state, does not occur. Further, since a guide plate 7 is formed in a length ranging from a parts receiving position to a mounting position, the parts 3 are prevented from dropping through the parts holding hole 5 of the moving feed plate 2.
