Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting device capable of improving productivity by reducing a time required when switching a model of a substrate.SOLUTION: A component mounting device comprises: a substrate holding table 21 for holding a central part 2C of the substrate 2; a backup part 22 that is formed by including a backup base 31 and a plurality of support blocks 32 provided in an upper part of the backup base 31, and supports an end part region of the substrate 2 in which the central part is held by the substrate holding table 21, from the lower side; and a recognition camera that recognizes a substrate-side mark 2m provided in the end part region, from a lower direction of the end part region supported by the backup part 22. The plurality of support blocks 32 includes a movable block 32B that is freely movable with respect to the backup base 31. A position of the movable block 32B with respect to the backup base 31 is set so that the plurality of support blocks 32 can support the end part region without preventing recognition of the substrate-side mark 2m by the recognition camera.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
