To set an outer circumferential surface of a parts storing container and an inner circumferential surface of a cover in a noncontact style to thereby reduce vibration and noise by surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the container elongates upward or upward and downward from the outer circumferential surface of a base, laminationwise disposing vibration absorbing material on both the inner and outer surfaces of the cover.
A cover 91 extending upward or upward and downward is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of a base 5. In case of upward extension thereof an upper end of the cover 91 is extended at least upper than an outer surface of a parts storing container 8 while in the case of downward extension a lower end thereof is extended to the region where it does not touch a disposition surface of a parts moving and supplying device 1. Any one or both of a sheet-like damping material composed of denaturated bitumen, synthetic resin and filler, and a sound absorbing material made of felt type nonwoven mat composed of vibration damping material and organic natural fiber as its main components both being bonded are laminationwise arranged on any one or both of the inner and outer surfaces of the cover 91. The part between the inner surface of the cover 91 and the outer scircumferential surface of the container 8 is made in a noncontact condition.
