The parts for office and stationery supplies are constituted by using free-cutting ferritic stainless steel which has a composition consisting of, by mass, 0.005 to 0.05% C, 0.80 to 2.0% Si, 0.05 to 0.6% Mn, 0.10% P, 0.30 to 0.60% S, 2.0% Cu, 2.0% Ni, 18.0 to 25.0% Cr, 4.0% Mo, 0.10 to 1.0% Ti, 0.015% O, 0.020% N, 0.010 to 0.100% Al and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.
