Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a reliability and a durability by mounting a full hub assembly to a rotor disc and mounting it so as to contact with a vane tip in front of a stator vane structure body with cantilever.
SOLUTION: A stator vane 28 is made to a cantilever mount. An outer shroud 40 is mounted to an outer casing 42 through a hook 44. A blade of the vane radially and inwardly extends and is disposed just near a hub 48. This passage hub structure body 49 with vane of the last stator vane 47 is constituted by an integral casting unit. A hub structure body 51 with vane of a stator vane 46 is formed by three separate rings. Namely, the body 51 is formed by the hub 48 forming one portion of a disc, a cap 59 and a retainer 61. Thus, a reliability and a durability are enhanced and a maintenance can be enhanced.
