To provide a system by which a passenger using an aircraft reserves a request and receives requested services inside a plane.

When reserving a flight and seat from an information terminal 100, a passenger reserves a request of meal and drink. This information is sent to a catering company 200, the meal and the drink 300 are prepared, an RFID tag T₁ is fixed, and is carried into in-flight of an aircraft 500. A cabin attendant confirms the meal and drink 300 attached with the tag T₁ by an RFID reader R₁ and serves them to the passenger.
