Abstract:
A comb plate movement detection device for a passenger conveyor comprises an operation piece, a detection lever, and a detector. The operation piece is fixed to a comb plate. The detection lever is rotatable relative to a plate support member that supports the comb plate. Furthermore, the detection lever is in contact with the operation piece. The detection lever is also rotated by horizontal movement and upward movement of the operation piece. The rotation of the detection lever is detected by the detector.
