Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a removing device of a passenger conveyor manhole screw capable of easily removing a passenger conveyor manhole screw.SOLUTION: A removing device 1 of escalator manhole screw is used when removing an escalator manhole screw 2 in which a groove 212 extending in a radial direction is formed on a surface 211 of a head part 21, and it includes: a claw part 11 inserted in the groove 212; and a shaft member 12 in which the claw part 11 is fixed at one end part, and which is arranged coaxially with the escalator manhole screw 2 in the case where the claw part 11 is inserted in the groove 212, and which comes into contact with the surface 211 of the head part 21. The claw part 11 has a pair of engagement surfaces 111 arranged in parallel with each other. The pair of engagement surfaces 111 opposes wall surfaces of the groove 212 respectively, when the claw part 11 is inserted in the groove 212.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
