Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passing type dam unit and dam which have a large resistant force against impulses in collision of large gravels and does not disturb the sand and gravel conveying action to the downstream of a river and further, which can be constructed in shorter term and lower cost.
SOLUTION: Sand or crushed stones are filled as a filling material into a cylindrical container body 5 to construct the dam. A plurality of gravitational structure bodies 2 arranged at every specified distance in the widthwise direction of a river and latticed structures 3 arranged between a plurality of gravitational structures 2, 2 constructed projectedly to form an arched shape in the upstream side of the river are provided to form the dam. These gravitational structural bodies 2 and the lattice-shaped structures 3 are constructed on the concrete foundation 1.
