Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid for safely and easily cooking pasta, like a professional chef, in a work for boiling pasta and dry noodles.SOLUTION: A center part of a necessary amount of pasta is gripped, then a conical projection part (A) is inserted into an upper central part of a bundle of the pasta, then an arm gripping the pasta is slid thereby the pasta is expanded neatly in a pot. While confirming that the pasta becomes soft in the pot, the pasta is pushed downward. A guard plate (B) is provided for preventing burn due to steam, therefore a boiling work of the pasta is safely and easily achieved, without failure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
