PURPOSE: To reduce the absolute value of a temperature coefficient of resistance and improve the stability of a resistor, by using composition composed of mixture wherein specified parts of weight of at least one kind of pyrochlore type oxide and glass frit are compounded so as to obtain 100 pts.wt. of the total, and using the glass frit wherein specified wt.% of specified components are compounded so as to obtain 100wt.% in total.
CONSTITUTION: Mixture is obtained by compounding the following so as to be 100wt.% in total; 5-95 pts.wt. of at least one kind of pyrochlore type oxide, desirably, the one expressed by M2M'2O7-x (M is an element selected out of a group of Y, La, Tl, In, Cd, pb and Bi, M' is an element selected out of a group of Ru, Ir and Rh, and M and M' are same or different), and glass frit composed of PbO 30-50wt.%, SiO2 10-40wt.%, B2O3 5-30wt.% and CaO 0.5-20wt.%. Alternatively, paste composition may be obtained by compounding 95-5 pts.wt. of mixture compounded so as to be 100wt.% in total by adding ZnO 0.001-20wt.% to the above mixture.
