To provide a paste composition which can ensure a good dispersion or dissolution state, is excellent in printability, and can further impart a good surface state to a fired product after firing; a fired product and a component for a flat panel display obtained by firing the paste composition.
The paste composition is prepared by compounding a polyurethane resin obtained by a reaction of a polyoxyalkylene glycol, containing 1-85 mol% of a 2-3C alkylene group and 15-99 mol% of a 4-6C alkylene group, with a diisocyanate, a solvent and a powder. By firing the composition, components for a flat panel display such as a dielectric layer, a sealed body, a partition wall, a phosphor and an electron emitter are manufactured.
