Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste discharge apparatus which can suppress drop of a paste material remaining on a nozzle side in cutting the paste material discharged from the nozzle.SOLUTION: A paste discharge apparatus includes: nozzle moving means 20 which reciprocates a nozzle 10 in and outside a predetermined region; paste supply means 30 by which the paste material 60 is discharged from the nozzle; wire material drive means 40 which moves a wire material 41 extended in a plane parallel to an opening end surface 12 of the nozzle from an initial position outside the opening end surface to a cutting position outside the opening end surface across an opening 11; and control means 50. The control means executes steps (s1-s3) in which a predetermined amount of the paste material is discharged from the nozzle by moving the nozzle to a predetermined position of the predetermined region, and paste cutting steps (s4, s5) in which the wire material is moved from the initial position to the cutting position on the way of moving the nozzle outside the predetermined region, and the paste material interposed between the discharged paste and the opening of the nozzle is cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
