Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paste-reducing agent for a centrifugal compacting, hardly causing sagging, displacement, slip of the compact compacted under <=30 G centrifugal force, and excellent in shape maintaining properties of the compact, and further to provide a method for producing the centrifugal compact by using the paste-reducing agent. SOLUTION: This paste-reducing agent for a centrifugal compacting contains 2.5-10 kg/m<3> montmorillonite-based clay (constituted of >=80 wt.% particles having <=2 μm particle diameters measured by an Andreasen pipet), and 0.01-0.2 kg/m<3> water-soluble high molecular material (comprising at least one kind selected from a polyacrylamide, a cellulose and microorganism-fermented polysaccharide). The centrifugal compact is produced by compacting a concrete mixture containing the paste-reducing agent and regulated so as to have <=14.0 cm slump value by the centrifugal power.
