Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease dispersion of film thickness in a coating part so that a sharp pattern can be formed, by forming a porous coating film on a base unit, impregnating the porous coating film with a specific liquid state substance in an arbitrary pattern shape, after solidified, separating the porous coating film. SOLUTION: A porous coating film formed on a base unit is impregnated with a liquid state substance, increasing cohesive force larger than the porous coating film after solidification having 20 to 250 deg.C melting point 10 to 50000cp melt viscosity, dropped in an arbitrary pattern shape, after the liquid state substance is solidified, the porous coating film is separated, a base unit surface is exposed.
