To secure its hygienic safety by inhibiting the heavy metals from bleeding on the surface of glassware and develop bright patterns with good development of colors by drawing the patterns with heavy metal-containing paints.

A glass base material 1 having a pattern drawn with a paint 4 on its upper surface 2 is placed through a release paper 5 on the setter 6 (a).
