To provide in particular a repavement construction method for a salt damaged concrete floor panel, in which penetrated chlorine components are effectively and economically removed through an electrochemical process so as to remarkably shorten the period of traffic interruption caused by this process, and thereafter, the durability, the capability of reducing power consumption and the efficiency of the process are enhanced.
In a pavement construction method, a concrete floor panel, a hydrophilic material layer and a pavement material layer are laid, and the hydrophilic material layer is incorporated therein with electrodes, is impregnated with chlorine absorbent and/or is formed therein with gaps through which liquid can move. In a repavement method, pavement on the concrete floor is removed, and after the hydrophilic material layer is laid on the floor, incorporating the electrodes, d.c. current is applied between the electrodes and steel members in the concrete floor.
