Abstract:
To provide a settlement system and a settlement method utilizing a robot.SOLUTION: A settlement system 100 performs settlement of commodities by using a not fixed robot 20 and a computer 10 communicative with the robot. The robot includes a camera, a receiving unit which receives a purchase request for a commodity from the computer, and an accepting unit which accepts input of purchase related information indicating a purchase content of the commodity according to the purchase request. The computer includes a display unit which displays an image photographed by the camera and the purchase related information, and a settlement unit which starts settlement of the commodity when agreement for the purchase content is obtained on the basis of the purchase related information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
