Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize the cashless payment of bets and prizes at the time of voting by recording money amount data equivalent to the prize amount and an identification code on an information recording card not only for payment of bets but for payment of prizes after voting. CONSTITUTION:The balance of bets recorded on an information recording card is confirmed by a terminal equipment 1 and a voting number is stored in a data storing device 10 from an input part 2 via a connection part 7. Then a new balance is written on the recording card via a card read/write part 4 and lottery tickets are produced from a ticket producing part 5. When a prize is payed, the amount of the prize and an identification number added intrinsically are retrieved by a data processor 9 via a data storing device 10. Then both the identification number and the amount are written on the card for payment of the prize. In said writing mode, the card is put into the part 4 of the equipment 1 and at the same time a winning certificate copy is outputted from the part 5.
